KARACHI: Key accused in Hamza murder case, Shoaib will be presented in the local court of South district after his five-day physical remand expires Thursday, Shoaib will be presented before Judge Waqar Soomro.
The court had handed over Shoaib to police on five-day physical remand in Hamza murder case while police have also claimed to arrest the guard who allegedly opened fire at Hamza.
On the other hand, the victim’s family told that the accused guard is still at large.
It may be noted that Hamza-16, was gunned down by Shoaib’s guard in Defence phase V over conflicts on teasing a girl.
