Websites Go Down Due to Cloudflare Outage

Several websites went down after DNS service provider, Cloudflare, experienced a global outage on Tuesday.

Cloudflare confirmed the outage in a statement released on Twitter. “The Cloudflare team is aware of the current service issues and is working to resolve as quickly as possible,” the statement read.

To make matters worse, the customers using Cloudflare services were unable to access the website and they were being greeted with a 500 error.

“A critical P0 incident was declared at approximately 06:34AM UTC (11:57am PST). Connectivity in Cloudflare’s network has been disrupted in broad regions,” said Cloudflare.

It added the incident impacted all data plane services in their network.
