Rain with thunderstorms is expected to continue in Islamabad, Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan and Upper Sindh for the next several hours according to the Meteorological Department of Pakistan.
Some parts of Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Punjab are Balochistan are expected to receive heavy rain with hailstorms. Lahore is also expected to have continuous rain for the next few hours.
The continued rain is also expected to generate flooding along local ravines.

The current spell of rain in the country has already taken four lives including children.
According to reports, two children have died in Mardan after a roof collage while four other persons have been injured in the incident.
Other reports state that there were two cases of individuals getting electrocuted involving one incident in Eidgah road Okara and the other one at a private highschool in Pakpattan town.
