• a major plus point  that it has an external memory slot that supports upto 64 GB , While No slot in Xperia P
• Has a removable battery

Sony Xperia P Good @ :

• Considerably more apps available in Android play store as compared to Windows app store
• Has an HDMI output(Video and movies can be watched on a TV with HDMI input) / No HDMI output in Lumia 620 
• more internal storage 16GB / 8GB in Lumia 620
• more megapixel 8mp, video 1080p @ 30 fps / while 5mp, video 720p @ 30fps
• Higher pixel density 275 / Lumia 620 246 ppi
• Bigger RAM memory 1GB / Lumia 620 512 MB ram
• A little bigger screen size
• Significantly higher resolution

Both phones are Good according to their performance and prices, but major drawback in Xperia P is that it has no card slot, so users have to stick to the space provided to have to keep their data in cloud storages.But still Xperia P is more preferable.
