All banks will remain closed for five days for Eid ul Fitr holiday from April 10th to April 14th, 2024 (Wednesday to Sunday).
The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has announced three official holidays stating that banks will remain closed for three days on Eid ul Fitr from April 10th to April 14th, 2024 (Wednesday to Friday) as they have been declared public holidays.
However, if you combine the weekend, the banks will remain closed for a total of five days from April 10th to April 14th, 2024 (Wednesday to Sunday).
It is pertinent to mention that the Federal Government has announced four public holidays from April 10th to April 13th for Eid ul Fitr 2024 and a notification has been issued in this regard. According to the notification, the offices observing five working days in a week shall remain closed from April 10th to April 12th, 2024 (Wednesday to Friday). Meanwhile, the offices working six working days in a week shall remain closed from April 10th to April 13th, 2024 (Wednesday to Saturday).
