The Sindh Government has announced the dates for upcoming exams for classes 10 and 12 (matric and intermediate), which are scheduled to be held next year.
According to the details, the matric exams will be held from May 8, 2023, while intermediate exams have been scheduled from May May 22, 2023.
Furthermore, the examination pattern has been changed with approval from the sub-committee meeting, which was chaired today by School Education Secretary Akbar Leghari.
Moreover, the Chairman of the Board of Secondary Education also attended the meeting.
The meeting has approved changes in the examination pattern and now papers will be based on 20% multiple choice questions (MCQs), 40% short answer questions, and 40% long answer questions.
It is pertinent to mention that Government of Sindh has also announced winter vacations across the province from 20 December 2022 till 1 January 2023.
All schools in the province will reopen from 2 January 2023.
