Usman Mukhtar and Ushna Shah, two very talented actors in the Pakistani entertainment industry, are teaming up for the big screen in an upcoming crime thriller directed by Zaheeruddin, which will start filming this month (January 2022) in Lahore.
The duo will be seen playing lead roles in the film, where Usman Mukhtar will be portraying the role of a police officer. However, there isn’t much detail available about the role being played by Ushna Shah.
“I am so happy to be a part of this project and it’s something we have discussing for some years with Zaheer (Bhai).” said Usman Mukhtar about the film. “Really hope the audience will enjoy what we have been working on.”
Ace TVC director Zaheeruddin, under the banner of Dareechay Films, is directing his first feature film which is set to start shoot in Lahore. It bears mentioning that the film is yet to be titled.
This will be Mukhtar’s forth feature film after Janaan, Parchi and the unreleased Umro Ayar opposite Sanam Saeed.
Moreover, Ushna Shah has also worked in some popular Pakistani drama serials like Aakhir Kab Tak and Parizaad, which received positive reviews by fans.
