KARACHI: Lyari the protest continued for the third day as well, meanwhile yet another Strike here on Frinday.
Yesterday as the protest grew more, it caused traffic jams on different roads including kemari, II Chundrigar road and Mai Kolachi.The residents of lyari have been protesting against the killing of three men in police encounter, from their locality.
Since three days police has blocked the Jinnah bridge with the help of containers in order to control the protest which causes trouble and Traffic Jam
The appealed to the Chief Justice of Pakistan and DG Rangers to take action against the killings and demanded monetary compensation for the families of those who were killed.
The three men, Noor Shah, Abdullah and Faraz, were killed in Sheruk Lane, Lyari on Tuesday night. A Rangers official, Muhammad Hanif Tanoli, was also wounded.
