The young woman, who became victim of a gang-rape incident in a moving train (Bahauddin Zakariya Express) last month was apparently filmed by the suspects during the heinous crime, revealed the investigating officers during the hearing of the case.
The investigating officers also requested the court to extend the remand for the suspects for two more days as they need to recover the mobile phones, video clip, and the uniform of the suspects. It is pertinent to mention that the victim had identified the suspects in the court, which included Mohammad Zahid, Aqib Munir, Zohaib, Amir Raza, and Abdul Hafeez.
In a tragic incident, a woman, mother of two kids, allegedly became the victim of gang-rape at the hands of Pakistan Railway staff on board the Bahauddin Zakariya Express, which was traveling from Multan to Karachi.
The victim, in her statement to the police, said that when the train left Rohri Station, the ticket checker, Zahid, approached her, offering to give her a berth in an AC compartment. However, the ticket checker followed her to the apartment and gang-raped her along with two other people, including Train Manager Aaqib and Zohaib, while giving her life threats.
