Abu Dhabi ITC Launches Easy Payment Service With 12 Months Installments

The Abu Dhabi Integrated Transport Centre (ITC), which falls under the jurisdiction of Department of Municipalities and Transport, has recently launched an “easy payment” service that allows customers to clear fines in installments.

Initially it is available only the credit card holders from First Abu Dhabi Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Emirates Islamic. Meanwhile, the future plans for this service include expanding its availability to several other banks by first half of 2024.

This facility includes different kinds of fines like parking, traffic and Darb toll fines with a minimum combined value of Dh3000. Furthermore, the customers can avail the service from TAMM and Customer Happiness Centres, where they may select installment plans of three months, six months, nine or twelve without interest.

The ITC aims to enhance payment convenience, improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the growth of Abu Dhabi as a top city for living and investment.
