The enthralling and artistic showbiz veteran, Saba Qamar, after dedicating the last few years to films and flicks, is finally geared up for a small screen comeback. The ‘Cheekh’ actress will mark her return to the drama universe real soon, with the forthcoming “Tumhare Husn Ke Naam” shooting for which has already commenced.
Critically renowned and one of the highest paid Pakistani actresses, Saba Qamar owns an extended lineup of chartbuster drama serials to her name. The fan-favorite actress has portrayed some of the most challenging and influential characters on screen. Instead of going for the archetypal helpless, cry baby female roles, Saba usually embraces strong and courageous epitomes that depict the potent image of the women. It is therefore the reason that audience is mostly intrigued in Saba’s acting ventures.
At present, Saba Qamar is one of the leading Pakistani actresses. On account of her penetrating game of expressions and invincible acting craft, the starlet has bagged dozens of awards and accolades so far.
However, the starlet had been on a break from the Dramas industry since 2019. She was last seen on television screens as an audacious female protagonist in ARY digital’s running success ‘Cheekh.’
Since then, Saba Qamar had been focused on silver screen and was occupied in two movie titles, Kambakht and Ghabrana Nahi Hai, coming in near future.
Nevertheless, soon after wrapping up her movies, the bold and beautiful Saba Qamar has once again turned towards television, and is all set for a drama comeback. Pairing up with the enigmatic Imran Abbas, the ‘Lahore Se Agay’ actress will star in the upcoming ‘Tumhare Husn Ke Naam.’
The news was given out by the actress herself. Taking it to her instagram story, Saba had posted a short clip from the sets of her next project, focusing on the script of the drama.
Furthermore, no plot and cast details are yet revealed by the production, as the drama serial has just landed on stage. However, the screenplay is being directed by Saqib Khan, whereas Sarah Qayyum has penned down the script. The director-actress duo has previously worked on a movie titled ‘Ghabrana Nahi Hai’ slated for a future premiere.
