The total number of coronavirus cases in Pakistan have surged to 6,300 with over 300 cases being reported on Wednesday with ten more fatalities bringing the total death toll to 117.
Senator Murtaza Wahab reported six more deaths in Sindh this morning bringing the total of the province to 41 while total number of cases have reached 1668.
Health Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa also reported four more deaths today bringing the total death toll of the province to 42 while number of cases have reached 912.

Global Update
The total number of coronavirus cases globally have surpassed 2,055,743 while the global death toll has crossed 133,000 with United States having the highest number of cases and fatalities.
The US alone has over 623,500 coronavirus cases which makes up over 30 percent of the global cases along with 27,605 fatalities making up over 20 percent of the global death toll.
The country is one of the worst affected in the world and currently reporting over 20,000 daily cases and also reported the highest death toll of over 2,200 on Tuesday.

Spain has the second highest number of coronavirus cases over 177,500 which is no way near that of the US. The country’s death toll is 18,579 which is the third highest in the world. There has been a significant improvement recently in the daily numbers being reported.
Italy coronavirus cases are over 165,000 making it the third highest in the world along with a death toll of 21,645 which is the second highest after the United States. Italy has also seen a decline in the daily number being reported compared to previous weeks.
Although France has recently seen a surge in the number of coronavirus cases being reported on a daily basis with the total being over 147,500 along with 17,167 deaths. France has the fourth highest number of cases globally as well as deaths and although the country saw a slight decrease in the daily reported fatalities they have climbed back up with over 1,500 being reported today.
UK has also recently seen a rise in cases with the total number of coronavirus cases surging past 98,000 along with 12,868 deaths. There have been reports of over 750 deaths just today.
