Brain Body Breath Balance

Further to inquiries from people wanting to know more about ‘Brain Body Breath Balance’, the inspiration behind it and what can people expect to achieve from attending classes.

I will first endeavor to unravel the spark that inspired its birth: it was the lockdown of schools due to Corona, creating learning difficulties and the discipline of waking in the mornings, washing, dressing, and going to academia institutes have, in some instances became seriously disrupted and for some households even when the schools re-open the children and the parents are not being able to manage to overcome the setback caused by the Corona based lockdown of schools!

Having the academic background of neuroscience, alongside having worked for decades in teaching all age groups, all subjects, and the children coming from different environmental and family backgrounds; since the past two years we are seeing how the opening and shutting down of schools are impacting the ability of the children to grasp and focus on their regular school subjects, all this has been the driving force behind our program of purposeful movements done with careful supervision and guidance to enable young and old to ‘learn how to learn, to become the masters of our innate potential and capacities.

In this day and age, we have so many resources, information, and knowledge accessible to grownups and children; we need to take charge of our learning abilities, Brain-Body Breath Balance enables learning readiness in the face of adverse climate change!
