Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 is an initiative by the government to provide a stipend of Rs. 2,000 monthly along with access to bank accounts to the most deserving segment of society, especially woman across the country.
Furthermore, through a parallel Ehsaas policy initiative, women will also get better access to smartphones as a step towards digital inclusion.
Ehsaas Program 2021 Updates:
Ehsaas Registration Centers will be opening from 15th July 2021 along with 8171 SMS service to complete enrollment of beneficiaries of the next tranche of payments. You can also visit Ehsaas One Window Center to check your eligibility for the Ehsaas Kafaalat Program 2021.
Ehsaas Kafalat Stipend will be increased from Rs. 12000 to Rs. 13000 from January 2022.
The Ehsaas Beneficiaries will be increased from 7 million families to 10 million families from January 2022.
The Ehsaas One Window Center has been established providing all Ehsaas Program services under one roof.
Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 Online Registration
The Government has Pakistan has announced Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 to help the poor segment of society. You can register for Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 by visiting Ehsaas Kafalat Program Registration Centers across Pakistan or check your eligibility by sending CNIC to 8171.
Ehsaas Program 2021 will facilitate over 7 million people across the country, especially women.
The Government keeps a database of people who deserve financial aid through this program.
This database is made through door-to-door survey.
Deserving people will get Rs. 2,000 monthly stipends (quarterly payment of Rs. 6,000)
The payment amount of Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 can be collected through designated payment centers or branches of Bank Al-Habib and Bank Alfalah.
Payments can be collected through biometric ATMs of these banks.

Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 Survey Letters
The federal government is sending out letters to the identified beneficiary families. These letters will be delivered through Pakistan Post. The entitled families will receive one of the two letters:
If the CNIC number of the female member of the family is already available with the government, then they will be asked to collect the payment under Ehsaas Kafalat Cash Program 2021.
If the government does not have the CNICs of the ladies they will be sent another letter. This letter will instruct the females of the family to visit the NADRA office to have their CNICs issued. Once they have CNIC they will be included in the Ehsaas Kafalat Program.
What is being given under Ehsaas Kafalat Program?
Ehsaas Kafalat is the Government’s programme through which it will give cash stipends of Rs. 2000 monthly and bank accounts to the most deserving and poorest women across the country
Total number of expected Kafalat beneficiary women is around 7 million.
All existing eligible beneficiaries of BISP will continue to be part of Kafalat.
Ehsaas Program 2021 in KPK, Gilgit-Baltistan and Azad Jammu and Kashmir
Female beneficiaries from KPK, Gilgit Baltistan and Azad Jammu & Kashmir can collect their cash from any of the Bank Al-Falah Shop or Biometric enabled ATM. Female beneficiaries from the provinces of Punjab, Sindh and Balochistan can also collect their cash from Bank Al-Falah or Biometric enabled ATM.
BEWARE of Fake Registration Links
Dr Sania Nishtar, the Special Assistant to Prime Minister on Social Security and Poverty Alleviation, has warned citizens to beware of fake links regarding Ehsaas Program. Replying to someone on Twitter who shared a screenshot with her, she said, “This link is completely fake. People should beware of such corrupt elements.”
Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 – SMS 8171 with CNIC
Ehsaas Kafalat SMS Service 8171 has been formally launched. To find out about eligible families joining the program, send an SMS to your 13-digit National Identity Card (CNIC) Number to 8171 and follow the instructions received through the reply SMS.

It bears mentioning that payments being made to Ehsaas Kafalat Program beneficiaries till June 2021, will be made in two quarterly installments at the same time with a lump sum of Rs. 12,000. However, starting June 2021, these payments will be made in one quarterly installment of Rs. 6,000.
Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 – Biometric Payments
Ehsaas Program 2021 provides payment through biometric payment. These payments can be received from any designated Ehsaas Payment Site or through Bank Al-Habib or Bank Alfalah. However, there are many Ehsaas Programme beneficiaries who have complained about errors with biometric verification.

There is a complain portal for Ehsaas Kafalat Program which you can use to launch a complaint in case you are getting an error with biometric verification while getting your payment.
Payment will be made through the new biometric Ehsaas Digital Payment System which will ensure transparency in payments.
Under this, women will draw money from Point of Sales (PoS) agents, dedicated branches and Biometric enabled ATMs of Habib Bank and Alfalah Bank.
Biometrically enabled ATMs have been opened for the first time, which means that women will not be hostage to Point of Sales agents and touts who used to deduct money from them, fraudulently
Designated bank branches have been opened for these poor women for the first time so that they can draw money with dignity
Each woman will have a bank account linked to her mobile phone to enable her to access economic opportunities

Anyone who wants to find out about their eligibility for Ehsaas Cash Programme 2021, which is providing Rs 2,000/- monthly stipends to facilitate deserving poor families, can use the Ehsaas SMS Service on 8171 (Free of Cost).
Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 [Step-by-Step Guide] 8171 SMS Service
To know your eligibility for Ehsaas Kafaalat Program 2021 type your Computerized National Identity Card Number (CNIC) and send it to 8171. In the response, you will receive four types of messages depending on your status.
If you are eligible for Ehsaas Cash Program 2021, you will receive a message telling you to collect Rs 12000/- from the Ehsaas Payment Centers (Campsites) List 2021 given below. There are Ehsaas Payment Centers set up in all tehsils throughout the country. Furthermore, you can receive your payment through biometric ATMs of Bank Al-Falah and Bank Al-Habib.
If you are ineligible, you will be notified through an SMS after sending your CNIC to 8171. Please note that only the most deserving families are eligible for the Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021.
If your CNIC is being verified by the Ehsaas Program team, you will be told you wait and notified of your status by June 2021.
You might be told to wait for the Ehsaas Survey Team which will visit your home by June 2021 and add you to the Ehsaas Kafalat Program 2021 network. There are no survey centres but Ehsaas Registrations Centers have been set up across the country.

Ehsaas Cash Program was launched by government in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and the nationwide lockdown. The aim was to provide daily wage earners and needy people with Rs. 12,000 financial aid to help them get through this tough time when they couldn’t find work.
